New media and technologies are spreading ever faster. Their versatility, variety and new mechanisms have an enormous impact on consumer communication: Their media usage is becoming increasingly individual and interactive. Target groups are dissolving. Tried and tested marketing strategies aren’t working anymore.
The digital age needs innovative communication solutions!
In order to research and develop them, leading companies of several industries have joint forces in the association "Zukunft Digital- Forschungsgemeinschaft neue Medien e.V.". Together they are studying the communication of the future.
If „we want to be successful in the new media future, we need an in-depth understanding of the forces behind this development. Promoting this understanding: That is main objective of the association”, writes Wolfgang Bscheid, Chairman of the association, in his remarks about the foundation of the association.
