In 1993 Lutz Mahnke founded the LM Medienberatung to adduce consultation services for the achievment of range in the New States for different TV providers (RTL, VOX).
He strongly acuated the expansion, which soon included Austria and Switzerland.
In 1994 Lutz Mahnke advised the Ravensburg-Group in their ambition to found the first german commercial TV channel for kids together with Nickelodeon International (New York).
From 1995 to 2001 the LM Medienbratung was mandated to accomplish the strategical and technical support and advise for Viacom Inc. in the central european area.
At the same time during the years the LM Mediaberatung positioned itself media political and works closely together with the State Media Authority, the state chambers and relevant institutions, such as ANGA and FRK. In addition LM Medienberatung has a close contact to the network- and satellite-operators and the technical services.
